Paced recommendations stay visible during cooldown

Paced recommendations remain visible during cooldown, with a separate cooldown status, days-remaining indicator and shaded cooldown days in Recommendation History.

What's new

  • Frequency limits are now separate from paced values, so recommendations remain visible during cooldown.
  • Cooldown has its own status, with a countdown pill on the campaign card showing days remaining.
  • Recommendation History now shades cooldown days.

What this unlocks

  • Chart view and API export no longer restrict paced recommendations if you adjusted bids during the suggested cooldown period.
  • Pacing limits are easier to distinguish: size caps how large a change can be, while frequency caps how often changes can be made.
